Our Story
We are Verena and Marco (Matteo & Phil). A few years ago, we fell in love with Naples and found a wonderful home here for our family. Marco brings extensive experience in real estate from Germany and understands how valuable expertise and personal care are. Verena, as a licensed Real Estate Agent, ensures with heart and passion that sales and rentals run smoothly. Together, we make a strong team – each in our area of expertise.

Traveling from overseas? We speak German and English and are experienced arranging transfers, early check-in, and other travel details that make your arrival easier.
For Owners:
Many of our owners live overseas and rely on us to be the local team. We perform regular homewatch visits, provide transparent monthly reports, coordinate maintenance, and give you a single point of contact so nothing slips through the cracks. You decide how involved you want to be with bookings. We adapt to your preferences and keep the property guest-ready while protecting your investment.
